Include as much information as possible about the dog - age, gender, medical status, any behavioral issues, how they interact with children, other dogs, or other animals, vaccination status, and any other information which will help us evaluate the dog. Please also attach a recent photograph. If you are looking to adopt a dog, please refer to the Application page, which gives information about our adoption process.
